SuperCare provides a secure digital platform that enables patients and healthcare providers to communicate electronically, manage prescription renewal requests, access care-related information, and support ongoing healthcare delivery.

SuperCare does not provide emergency medical services.

  • Identity verification information (such as date of birth or health card details where required)

  • Prescription renewal requests
  • Technical information required to operate and secure the platform

SuperCare stores patient information in Canada whenever reasonably possible and uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse. Your information is also encrypted securely, however, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. AI and Machine Learning

SuperCare does not use your personal health information to train artificial intelligence models without your explicit consent.

Information is retained for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, support healthcare operations, and satisfy applicable record-retention requirements.
