SuperCare allows you to securely send non-urgent health questions to your physician between appointments.
Instead of calling the clinic for routine concerns, you can communicate online whenever it's convenient. Your physician will review your message and determine the most appropriate next step.
Messaging is appropriate for routine, non-urgent concerns such as:
Your physician may reply through SuperCare, request additional information, recommend an appointment, or suggest another next step.
Do not use SuperCare for medical emergencies or urgent symptoms.
Examples include:
If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.
If your clinic has enabled document uploads, your physician may ask you to upload supporting documents such as laboratory results or specialist reports.
Avoid sending unnecessary personal information unless requested by your care team.
You may be able to delete a message while it is still Under Review, depending on your clinic's settings.
Once your physician has begun reviewing or responding, messages generally cannot be deleted.
Keep your message clear and focused.
