Where Will My Prescription Be Sent?

Sending your prescription

If your physician approves your prescription or prescription renewal, it can be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.

Keeping your pharmacy information up to date helps avoid delays.

How do I choose my pharmacy?

During your request, you'll be asked to select your preferred pharmacy.

If you've already saved a pharmacy to your account, we'll use that pharmacy unless you choose a different one.

Can I change my pharmacy?

Yes. You can update your preferred pharmacy before submitting a new request.

If your prescription hasn't been processed yet, contact your physician's clinic if you'd like to change where it will be sent.

How will I know my prescription was sent?

You'll receive a notification through SuperCare when your physician updates your request.

Your pharmacy may also notify you when your prescription is ready for pickup.

What if my pharmacy doesn't receive it?

If you believe your pharmacy hasn't received your prescription:

If the prescription still can't be located, contact your physician's clinic.

Can prescriptions be sent to any pharmacy?

In most cases, yes. Your physician can send prescriptions to most community pharmacies.

Availability may vary depending on local pharmacy processes and the type of prescription.
