Closing Your Account

Closing your SuperCare account

If you no longer wish to use SuperCare, you may request that your account be closed.

Closing your account only affects your access to SuperCare. It does not remove your medical records from your physician's clinic.

What happens when I close my account?

After your account is closed:

Your physician will continue maintaining your medical record in accordance with applicable legal and professional requirements.

Will my messages and requests be deleted?

Medical information shared with your physician may form part of your healthcare record.

For legal and clinical reasons, this information may need to be retained even after your SuperCare account has been closed.

Can I reopen my account later?

If you return to a clinic using SuperCare, your physician or clinic may invite you to reactivate your access.

Contact your clinic if you'd like to regain access.

How do I request account closure?

Go to: Settings → Privacy — or contact SuperCare Support.

If additional identity verification is required, we'll let you know.
